Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are both: an integrated manufacturer and exporter. We build the bikes and we export them ourselves, which is why our customers get factory-level pricing and a lead time we control directly.
Do your products carry a brand?
No. Everything is supplied white-label: nothing is printed on the frame, the packaging or the documents. Your own logo and packaging can be applied from 100 pcs.
Will you sell your own brand in my market?
No. We supply white-label only and we do not sell finished bikes under our own brand in retail markets. Your market stays yours.
What is your MOQ?
Customisation (colour, specifications) from 10 pcs. Private label with your logo from 100 pcs. Wholesale pricing applies from 100 pcs. Price bands are valid from 30 pcs up to one 40HQ container.
Can you put my logo on the bike and the packaging?
Yes, from 100 pcs — on the frame, the carton and the manual. Send us your artwork and we will show you a sample proof before production.
Which certifications do you have?
It depends on your market. Our production base prepares the applicable documents — for example EN 15194 (EPAC) for the EU, RCM for Australia, PSE for Japan, KC for Korea, and UN38.3 plus IEC 62133 for the battery. Tell us your market and we will confirm exactly which apply and send the scans with report numbers.
How are the batteries shipped?
Separately, and declared as dangerous goods. We provide the UN38.3 test report and the MSDS. Sea and air rules differ by destination — we confirm before you book freight.
What are your payment terms?
30% T/T deposit and 70% against copy of B/L. For large orders we accept an L/C at sight.
What is your lead time?
Production time depends on the model and quantity — ask us for the current schedule, and for in-stock models we will tell you what can ship immediately.
What is the price basis?
Ex-factory in USD, excluding freight and tax. Freight is quoted per order quantity, so send us the quantity and the destination port and we will quote the full landed cost.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. The sample and its freight are paid by the buyer and are refundable against your first order.
How many units fit in a container?
It depends on the model and the packing method. We publish 20GP, 40HQ and SKD loading quantities for every model — ask us for the loading plan of the models you are considering, and your forwarder can check it.
Can you supply SKD or CKD kits?
Yes. Knocked-down kits let you import at a lower duty classification and assemble locally, and they pack more units per container. We provide assembly instructions and technical support for the first batch.
How can you help me reduce import duty?
Two ways. First, SKD or CKD kits are classified differently from complete bikes in many markets, so the duty rate is lower. Second, container optimisation: a knocked-down kit packs more units into a 40HQ, which lowers your landed cost per unit. Tell us your destination market and we will tell you which route applies.
Do you support ODM or new model development?
Yes. ODM and OEM development are part of our production mode. Send us your specification, target price and quantity and we will tell you what is realistic.
What about warranty and claims?
Report quality issues within 7 days after arrival with photos, videos and the quantity affected, and we will come back with a solution within 48 hours. Spare parts are available. Ask us for the current warranty terms for frame, motor and battery.
